Допустим тут колл от агрессивного оппонента? или все таки придерживаться ICM модели и не совершать околонулевых колов в подобных ситуациях?

Слишком мало толку от такого кола на дистанции. Лучше оставить себе хороший стэк и давить на средние.
Можно было и ми-рейзом открыть,эффект тот же,а скинуть проще.
